Discover Our Seminar Sessions!

This year, we at URSA have aimed to introduce our community to a range of research fields outside life sciences. Our first step was establishing a new team: Seminars. By inviting graduate students and professors to give short talks about their fascinating research from a diverse range of fields including humanities and social sciences, seminars are a great way for students to learn something new and discover new interests. They also foster a productive environment for students to learn about research opportunities and network with professors!

Undergraduate students got an opportunity to learn from three graduate students in the fields of archaeology, evolutionary, and socio-cultural anthropology about their research. The event allowed students to gain valuable advice, offered an opportunity to build their network, all while learning about truly fascinating areas of research.
