Mentorship Program

URSA’s G2U Mentorship Program runs twice a year - once during the academic year and again in the summer - pairing undergraduates with graduate mentors aligned to their research interests. Through exclusive events and dedicated one-on-one mentorship, students receive personalized guidance, insider advice, and a clearer path forward in their academic and research journeys.

This year, the program welcomed nearly 250 participants, creating one of URSA’s largest mentorship cohorts yet and empowering students with the support, resources, and direction they need to level up their skills, confidence, and experience.
